I wasn’t amused to spend an hour this morning waiting for a bus that didn’t arrive. But I was amused after I gave up, went home and checked the Thames Travel website.
Please be aware there are severe delays to our services due to the amount of traffic congestion on the roads, we apologise for any inconvenience caused to our passengers but we are doing our up most to keep the buses running as close to their timetables as possible.
I enjoyed the fact that they don’t seem to realise there is a word called ‘utmost’. You may spot other errors if you are feeling particularly pedantic.
To be fair, Thames Travel have been really good at keeping passengers up to date in this bad weather. Top marks for customer service, bottom marks for English.
